Measuring, Evaluating & Improving Nonprofit Effectiveness @ 501Partners
May 26 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Measuring, Evaluating & Improving Nonprofit Effectiveness @ 501Partners | Boston | Massachusetts | United States

This morning session, facilitated by Ellen Bass of the Capacity Institute and 501Partners’ Stefanie Archer, focuses on creating manageable and sustainable systems for evaluating, measuring and improving organizational and program performance. If you’ve struggled to understand how your programs are faring, or knowing what would take them to the next level of success, this is the workshop for you.

You will engage in exercises designed to help you adopt a structure for building an outcomes management system to meet your mission, a model of continuous improvement, and a data feedback loop. Leave with a powerful new way of defining organizational effectiveness, and resources to advance the approach back in the office.

This morning workshop is offered in conjunction with the afternoon workshop Bootcamp PLUS: Case Management with Salesforce. Sign up for one or both workshops!

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn how to build a program outcomes management system
  • Utilize benchmark tools to assess program effectiveness
  • Know how to determine which core data you need in your database
  • Access resources to implement this framework in the office
  • Plan the next steps for engaging your organization in this work

Who should take this workshop:
